On Wednesday August 19 the Young Women were kind enough to cut out and paint some decortations for the upcoming Convention dance while the Young Men Karated chopped their way out of it...!
Lets take a look at our Wednesday night!
Chelsea Parsons drew some silhouettes on some massive card for us and then we cut them out and painted them. THANKS CHELSEA - they look GREAT!

Katrina and Alice - Katrina had to cut with dodgy scissors while Alice had a very sharp stanley knife!!

While the girls got right down to business and just started cutting, it was a different story for the leaders, Becc and Charlotte, who had to decide which bit to cut first!!
Charlotte: 'If we cut the arm out, and then move straight up towards the head, we should be able to go all the way around without any problems'
Becc: 'Yes, but if we start at the right leg and work our way around to the left leg and THEN the arm we won't get as confused...'
Charlotte: 'hmm.. maybe your right... I think we should ask Bishop'
While the other leaders figured out how and where they were going to cut, Elle pretty much just mucked around!
(this would be the part in the title where it says 'mayhem')
Elle started the mayhem...
Alice and Katrina joined in... and YES they did this to themselves...!!
Why? I am not sure!
And finally Charlotte started cutting - after asking Bishop where to start!!
And, yes Katrina you did a VERY good job with those crazy scissors!!

Katrina and Elle took the task of spray painting the silhouettes.... - it's a big task when there is a BIG dog lurking around in the dark somewhere...
This is also part of the MAYHEM!..... umm.. who did this???

oh you dags, I must go check out the spray paint in the car park. Hope those silhouettes werent too confusing for Charlotte!! Chels
